Trust in the Hanuman Water Token (HWT) is built upon a foundation of complete transparency and rigorous regulatory compliance. Legal certainty is not just a requirement, but the cornerstone that guarantees the value and longevity of the project. Therefore, every step, from research to tokenization, has been guided by official certifications, consolidated ownership, and independent scientific validation.

1. Official Certifications and Authorizations

The quality and potability of Hanuman Water are certified by the highest authority in the sector in Brazil.

Official Classification – ANM: The National Mining Agency (ANM), after four seasonal water collections and analyses conducted by the Mineral Analysis Laboratory (LAMIN/CPRM), officially classified the water from Well/Spring Hanuman I as “Fluoridated Hyperthermal Mineral Water at the Source” (Dispatch n. 134/2023);

Suitable for Consumption and other uses – ANM: It also declared the water from Well/Spring Hanuman I as “fit for bottling and human ingestion” (Dispatch n. 78/2025). 78/2025). This is the maximum guarantee that the water backing the HWT is safe, pure, and of superior quality.

Authorization for exploration – SEMAD-GO: The Secretariat of Environment and Sustainable Development of the State of Goiás, through Process n. PRE0018172/2025, authorized the exploration rate of 1,330 m^³ /day, or 485,000 m^³ per year.

Environmental Authorization – Municipality of Niquelândia: Environmental Authorization n. 23/2024 for research, drilling, construction of a spring house, and other ANM requirements of exploration purposes.

2. Legal Security of Assets:

Mining Rights: Hanuman Minas Ltda. holds 100% of the mining rights to the Water Deposit, consolidated under ANM process 860.360/2017.

Surface Ownership: In addition to subsoil rights, Hanuman Minas Ltda. has full control and dominion over the 105-hectare surface property and the immediate surroundings of the Water Deposit.

Dual Control – mineral and territorial –: This guarantees autonomy and security for infrastructure works and the construction of facilities for the industrial, commercial, and therapeutic exploration of the hyperthermal resource.

3. Independent Scientific Validation

Certifications are reinforced by robust validation from the academic community, which attests to the origin and uniqueness of Hanuman Water.

Research Partnerships: In-depth studies were conducted by renowned institutions, such as the Institute of Geosciences of the University of Brasília (IG-UnB) and the Brazilian Geological Survey (SGB/CPRM).
International Publication: Research on the origin, age, and qualities of the water was published in “Groundwater Sustainable And Development,” one of the world’s most important scientific journals in hydrogeology, edited by Elsevier.
Proven Purity: Science confirms that the water is 9,270 years old and free of tritium, a marker of modern contamination, attesting to its primordial purity.

A Registered Commitment

The HWT project is not based on speculation, but on a real, validated, certified, and legally secure asset. There is a continuous process of updating all necessary licenses and documents at the municipal, state, and federal levels.

Part of the generated resources are reinvested in the preservation of the Chapada dos Vedeiros, creating a virtuous cycle between exploration and conservation.
